Pre mother's day celebration at Yumyum

Yumyum's food is good. The food is served so fast and good that everyone tends to eat so freaking fast and I have to eat fast too if not the food that I want to eat will not be on the plates anymore.

Our usual dine out for events and birthdays. This was abit more memorable than usual because everyone except papa was chatting happily :')))) Most of the time we eat and hang around and leave without talking much, today the atmosphere was different. I like it! Although they were talking some marriage relationship stuffs and indirectly linked to me - -'' They were more like teasing ah foong and mummy was really lame - -' LOL still laughable. 

Hope our upcoming dine out will be like this too <3

Thursday

A bit overly pissed off today. I acknowledge the changes you made but not the sequence with the face as if we arranged it all ourselves. Trying to calm down and control my temper so taking a time out without seeing her face for awhile.Cool and calm now ... will get myself prepared for the next time. 

Sorry that I did not accompany you guys to meet her after class.

The dental appointment delayed for almost a week. Either there isn't any suitable slot or there is dinner on the next day so I delayed it. I just gotten back normal for a few weeks and back I go to tightening which my sister told me that she cannot eat for afew meals after each session. Tomorrow's JK's Bday celebration. I was dilemma-ing with YP whether to delay or not... FOOOOOOOD.

I have to wait for another week if I skip today. Thankfully with that, I just made up my mind to continue with it. Not like this is the first time I can't eat while staring the others. Small matter...

The tightening session was.....

I dont know whether my dentist was in rush or something, I felt her being clumsier this time.

Each time she tried to take out the metal thingy, I went OMG gripping my fingers nervously.

It is a weird feeling how you sit down there each time without knowing what is going to happen to your teeth and you just have to bear with it. hahaha. I just kept staring at her looking what tools she is grabbing.

Have not try munching anything yet until my dinner time later.

And dont know when am I going to finish my South Korea posts with the overwhelming stuffs to do. Weeeheee. 

First Week of my Braces

Through what I hear, I think I talk weirdly. I'm going to stare in front of the mirror one day to see how I usually talk, it must be weirder.

Anyhow braces were not as pain as I thought it would be. Pain? There is definitely pain. Most of the cases, the eating part was far more depressing than the pain. The depression of wanting to eat when you are hungry but you just can't is.... I can eat porridge and I have been eating alot of porridge. I just need time to suddenly change the way I eat. Don't have to worry about things like that last time. Overall, still happy cause I did it! Although I have been hearing a lotttttt of feedbacks about my braces, more like 'whyyyy you did it?'

cause my teeth ain't straight, my friends. 

I don't do it for fun. You don't pay money to make yourself can't eat and uncomfortable. Looks like I hid my teeth real well last time. 

My third day was really down.

"You thought you can handle those food but you just can't."
Ended up I just decided not to eat that much. Problem solved since I am tired of porridge sometimes.

One of the nights, I was so damn hungry. On the way back from Sg long, I actually told my family that don't cook for me so I can grab something outside myself. Somehow I did not buy anything and went straight home. So hungry that I just took the sambal ikan bilis and put some rice onto it without bothering whether I can chew the food. The fact was I can't chew, I just swallowed the rice, the sambal, the onions, the ikan bilis and the egg making my stomach kinda uncomfortable.

So far I think I have been handling hunger quite well as compared to the previous me. I would have gone crazy if I was not fed last time. Now, no choice: ) I can actually stand it. Good to know. My teeth are getting stronger till the day when they are almost as strong as last time, I am going to treat myself to a good meal. Something to look forward in life:)))

PMP Closing

Finally Ended PMP Programmes! Though I wasnt super keen towards PMP but yeahhh I met lotsa new friends through it! and of course it gave me a chance to expose myself as an emcee. Different from those huge events but better than nothing. Overall, I wasnt as afraid as I thought since I was the one who arranged the program flow, explaining to them wasn't tough.

Wrapped up whats left. Kinda different from opening although it was suppose to be more casual. Everyone knew and got comfy with each other. Controlling the crowds was tough!! Took Jayden and I quite a while just to give instructions. Saliva habis.

Nevetherless, everything ended beautifully and I enjoy seeing the bonds that developed among the men-tees and mentors. Too bad, I wasnt spending so much time talking to each of them personally.

Had a simple food-relay game with them ranging from breaking hard boiled hand with a hand, slurping in cup noodle, drinking a can of coke, moving potato chips with facial muscles and lastly blowing balloons with nose.

Gotta really thank star and jayden for being considerate. I was the one that added the stupid balloons inside ( forced to since running out of ideas and seems like they love balloons :((  ) But Jayden and Star knew my fear and actually came out with something we can do without bursting the balloons. You guys dont know how grateful and happy was I at that moment.

Toooooooooooooook so long till we started the first relay. Hopefully I was still in good tone. LOL constant OS on my head, '' Smile Smile.. Take it easyyyy. They are just overly excited.'' -________- They were draining my energy after a whole day of lectures.

Ampang Pecah Interactive Camp

It was seriously a hyper last minute idea to head this camp since Sze Hui told me to keep my weekends free for training yet she cancelled it 2 days before Saturday. When Elaine told me the activities in the camp, I was like omg omg omg in heart that I wanna go.  PLUS! I miss campings. Camping with friends particularly. Although this cant really be considered as camping with tents and all, at least I can still call it as 'camp'. I reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyy miss my scout days. It was one of the most manliest moments in my life yet I really enjoyed it, learnt so much and gained so much. No regrets! Till I decided to stop my scouting life due to my busy schedule, I only attended Leo camps. Back then, I was used to not pampered by scout camps, attending Leo camps and other camps seem like a vacation to me. Although Leo camps may give a different level of satisfactions to me, Scout camps still the best! 

Basically for this interactive camp, I didnt really know much. Just pay the money and enjoy myself without having to worry about anythingg! The moment I reached the campsite, it brought me back to Leo Leadership Camp '09. Going back to a place we once created awesome memories there was a great feeling. Saw the same dorms, same toilets, same cafeteria, same instructors, same obstacle course, same field, same gathering spot and same seminar room. People that accompanied me this time were different but it gives me flashbacks of what happened before. It was worth heading back there! 

Elaine and I were in the same group thanks to her evil plan haha:D

Obstacle Course

Pak Ngah that instructed the Leo camp back then. He remembers Lion Ivan! :D Yeng as usual explaining to us how to carry out the obstacle course.

For this, the guys sounded the girls how manly there are. We girls were like princesses being carried to the another side without touching the rope :'D Sam fu sai the guys. A (Y) for you guys! 

If I was given a choice to go or not to go for this, I would rather keep my clothes clean. But since I have no choice but to follow whats set, I decided to finish this like a man. Since we were going to get dirty anyhow, lets dirty with style! :D Instructors and many more were impressed with me hahah :D

Another obstacle course that used man power more than girl power.

I was somehow quite worried for this. Since the whole world was staring at us doing each course and Im scared my legs may land in water or something. Anyhow it wasnt that tough afterall :D

First Thought! Ohh crappp Monkey Bar! I cant do monkey bar :(( After Pak Ngah explained, I was relieved. It was a must for 2 members to assist the fellow who's climbing over. This is what we called teamwork and helping friends.

Some of them climbed over so easily cause they didnt even use a single effort to grab the bar. Only the 'carriers' were the ones suffering. It was hilarious cause we can see who's curi ayam-ing.

Performance-Advertise Weird Items

My group's idea was abit lame but luckily ah red was there to freeshow alone. Other groups were good (Y)! seriously goood. I was laughing madly especially when Ah mooi was there with his signature smile! :DDDD

Solo Night Trekking 

I was really excited for this! Elaine was scared before we head in the jungle. Excitement just kept me going till we really went in the dark jungle, I got quiet. :( All of us walked in together for a distance and gathered in a place. Pak Ngah numbered each of us and gave us a password. We whispered to each other and was told not to bother by whoever that may be found in the jungle who give wrong password. When we reached the last checkpoint, No. 1 started walking back. We sat down and randomly talking to whoever, Elaine and I turned out to be talking to dont know who in the dark about Taiwan! It was ah Mooi! HAHAHA he was like alone there sititng and so happen near us. We couldnt even see or recognise whos he. Kept asking.. and he was like nehh I was the one that did the (Y)  hahaha. I was still lost till I saw his teeth in the dark! I was like OHHHHHHH hahahahaha I knowwwwwwwwwww you. How coincidence. 

I didnt waited long till my turn. Honestly I was really scared. I walked quite fast. Trees were moving and I have no idea that were trees, committees on the way back or non living things:( so I just walked. Walked quite fast to reach to the another checkpoint. Nobody was with me and we arent allowed to use torch light, it was quite creepy. Kinda helpless. 

Reached to the another checkpoint and found fellow friends :D Heard Sai Meng's voice. It was a wide place to gather, perfect location to see stars. That night, the sky was filled with sparkling stars. I lied down like how I always wanted to :DDDDDDD

Sai Meng drove Cheehow, Yp, WenYi, Elaine and I out for a drink! Sneaking out from a camp site was GOOD! :D his driving really speechless = =' 

Rafting

This was the only activity that I did before in my previous camp. The Place where I gotten my first leech bite that caused me to bleed for hoursssssssssss in quite a big amount of blood. I had to be really careful while sleeping that night because the wound may bleed again if I touch anything. Great experience though.

So I roughly still remembered some knots I learnt in scouts.:DD Our raft was a beauty. haha

We were dead tired but capturing the moment was a must! Our team started as first but ended up last. Lack of teamwork! :(( but anyway just a small competition, as long as we have fun!

After that Pak Ngah taught us about water safety and how to rescue our friends or ourselves despite the fact we cant swim. It was (Y) (Y) (Y) We really dont have to know how to swim to 'move' ourselves in the water. Yp was really scared. I accompanied her the second time. Then, all of us were given 10 mins to play in the water.

Closing

Funny and touching at the same time. Since the committees were running low in budget, the prizes were quite cheapstake. hahaha but it didnt really matter, it gave us a good laugh. 

I found out that many of them were like me, last minute decision. Most of them went because their friends needed participants despite having exams the next day. Many of them werent CSS yet they were there. Thats the bond. 

Somehow this was a special camp, a  camp that gives quite a scary after-camp-fever. I wasnt talking much to everyone, more to Elaine and my groupmates. Great to know some of them. One small thing that I was quite scared during the camp was the awkward silent moment in my group. Every other groups were so damn noisy and our group was quiet. Not like we cant talk. We just didnt talk as much as the rest. It was a nerve-wrecking moment to be there and say nothing looking at each other, I was like trying to act busy with Elaine to make myself feel better. SO SCARY!! Anyhow, we shy shy  LOLOL.
