Really damn fan especially PL is around what also not right. I need encouragements too not just the kids.
SH asked me first thing to do in class is to check outstanding work, I did that and PL stopped me when there was 2 kids. Saja saja wanna find things and cakap. Your good partner trained me and thats what I was doing. Tearing the worksheets also wanna correct, SH taught me to guide the kids that way.. Luckily she was there to help saya cakap a little :(( why you sound so meannnn?? I cant absorb and digest your words if you continue to put it that way.
When the system is so fixed, there are no space to breath. Sometimes it shouldnt be overly set in one particular way.
Sometimes I hate how the 'marketing' part works, telling parents things they would wanna hear. Whats this? =-= Parents just gotta know their kids just the way they are in class. Well, maybe im not the owner so I dont care that much. It defeats the whole meaning of 'feedback' Anyway I just love it when Im left alone.
Saturday is Thirst Day! Whole day of talking and encouragements which makes me like a zombie after work. Exhausting much. This isn't just the so call casual usual teaching job. They can just give me more trust in doing better plus they need teachers badly but I don't need to do this badly. Partially doing cause I promised to.
